HEC Outstanding Research Awards

Applications are invited form researchers/scholars for Higher Education Commission Outstanding Research Awards. The Objective of programme is to recognize and reward the outstanding performance of Pakistani researchers/scholars in their respective field of specialization.

The award will be given for following categories

• Best Research Paper
• Best Young Research Scholar
• Best Innovator
• Best Book Publication

Awards Disciplines
The award will be given for following disciplines

• Biological Sciences
• Basic and Applied Sciences
• Social Sciences
• Engineering and Technology
• Management Sciences
• Humanities

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be resident citizen of Pakistan having at least two years of research experience as a researcher.
• Submissions must be based on original work in applicant’s field of specialization.
• Research work must have been initiated in Pakistan and at least 80% be done in Pakistan.
• The material for "Best research paper award and best book publication award" must have been published in 2012.
• For "Best young research scholar award" maximum age is below 40 years.
